Customer Service Advisory: Sept 26, 2009 Massive Flood in Metro Manila

Due to the massive flooding brought by a tropical storm in Manila and nearby areas on Sept 26, affecting our operations in Antipolo, Rizal, we may have intermittent service delays and failures.
This is due to most of our staff and staff live within the area, who are most affected by the flood.

For orders placed online or at the website, you will be receiving email notification on estimated shipping schedule.
Most orders will be shipped in three (3) to four (4) days after the order has been placed. We are unable to provide same day and next day shipping until Oct 2, 2009.

For shipment released before Sept 26, 2009, please refer to the online tracking number given. You can track the status of your packages at www.fedex.com or at www.ups.com.

For digital photo retouching, this service is temporarily suspended until further notice. We are unable to accept projects at this time.

As soon as most infrastructure in communications are up and business resumes as usual, rest assured that we would provide the necessary service support to all customers worldwide.
