In observance of the Lenten Season, please be advised that Innovatronix Inc will be closed from April 21 to 24, 2011 (Thursday to Sunday).

For orders placed on this website, orders must be placed and received by April 18, 2011 (Mon, 12nn, GMT+ 8 Hours), in order to ship before the holiday (April 20, Wed, 3pm, GMT+8 Hours).

For packages in transit, use the tracking number provided (sent through email notification), to track the status of your package.

For Photo Retouching Service, project acceptance cut off will be on April 18, 5pm (GMT +8 Hours), such that projects received before this date will be uploaded on or before April 20, 12nn (GMT +8 Hours).
All projects received after this date (April 18), will be processed upon our resumption of regular business on April 25.

Photo Equipment and Other products
- Orders received before Dec 21, 2010 12nn (GMT+8hours), will be shipped on or before Dec. 23, 2010;
- Orders received from Dec 22, 2010 12nn (GMT+8hours) to Jan. 3 2011 12nn (GMT+8hours) will be shipped starting Jan. 5, 2011
- For shipments currently in transit, please track your shipment using the airway bill at the following courier websites (you will be notified which courier was used):

Photo Retouching Service
- The cutoff time for submitting/uploading files for retouching will be on Dec. 21, 2010 12nn (GMT+8 hours)
- Images submitted before this cutoff will be emailed/uploaded to FTP accounts on or before Dec 23, 2010 12nn (GMT+8hours).
- Images received after Dec 22, 2010 12nn (GMT+8 hours), will be returned for email/upload to FTP accounts starting Jan. 5, 2011 12nn (GMT+8 hours).

Picture to Oil Painting Service
- Projects received during the weeks of Dec 21, 2010 - Jan 8, 2010, will be returned starting the week of Jan 24, 2011.

Regular business will resume on January 3, 2011.

Customer Service Advisory: Sept 26, 2009 Massive Flood in Metro Manila

Due to the massive flooding brought by a tropical storm in Manila and nearby areas on Sept 26, affecting our operations in Antipolo, Rizal, we may have intermittent service delays and failures.
This is due to most of our staff and staff live within the area, who are most affected by the flood.

For orders placed online or at the website, you will be receiving email notification on estimated shipping schedule.
Most orders will be shipped in three (3) to four (4) days after the order has been placed. We are unable to provide same day and next day shipping until Oct 2, 2009.

For shipment released before Sept 26, 2009, please refer to the online tracking number given. You can track the status of your packages at www.fedex.com or at www.ups.com.

For digital photo retouching, this service is temporarily suspended until further notice. We are unable to accept projects at this time.

As soon as most infrastructure in communications are up and business resumes as usual, rest assured that we would provide the necessary service support to all customers worldwide.
